TIPS ON HOW YOU CAN STAY SAFE AND   INJURY - FREE WHILE EXERCISE

Exercise should be a part of every one's daily routine. Adults require at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise 5 days per week or at least 20 minutes of high intensity exercise 3 days per week.
The following tips will prove to be useful for you WHILE EXERCISING.
